Parker Web Client Portal
Our goal for most support items is same day service on emergency items. Our goal on 99% of maintenance items is within 3 business days. You will always be given a timeline for completion of your support requests.
As a client of Parker Web, you can receive support:
- For maintenance tasks such as edits and general changes, please contact us via email at support@parkerweb.com - this action opens an electronically tracked ticket
- If you have an active project such as a website or a block of time, your activity is being tracked via Basecamp
- On the phone at 704.321.2251
- In person with an appointment, your office or ours
- On issues pertaining to web site technology, email, web marketing, traffic analysis or general web business topics. We want to be your trusted advisor on all things web.
- At the maintenance plan level and higher, we expect and want to speak to you at least once per month to discuss campaign goals and performance.

Web Site Editing Tool
Are you looking for a solution to do minor edits to your web site? We only recommend Adobe Contribute. This is a non-integrated, non-exclusive content management system which allows you the web site owner the flexibility to make small changes to your site such as text edits or new photos (in select areas) without damaging the entire site. Open a message in Basecamp for more information.

Web Site Reports
TRAFFIC REPORTING UPDATE: We are currently encouraging all clients to begin using Google Analytics on their website for traffic reporting. Although our hosting accounts do come with basic traffic reporting, we feel Google Analytics is the best system on the market today for the price (free). If you need assistance in installation, we can help you. Just put in a support request.
